Shabash is made by Wonders AI, Inc. ("we"). By installing or using the Shabash app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
1. Your licence
We give you a non-exclusive licence to install and use Shabash on your own Mac or your company's, for your own work or your company's. You can't sell, rent or pass the app on. We keep all rights in the software, including its code, its interface and the instructions it sends to AI models (its prompts). If you break these terms the licence ends, and you have to delete the app.
2. What you can't do
- Take the app apart to read, copy or rebuild its code or prompts. That means no reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling, except where the law lets you do it anyway.
- Copy the app's code, prompts or interface into another product.
- Use Shabash's AI service outside the app. Shabash organizes your work through an AI service we run and pay for; it's there for the app, not for sending it your own questions or code.
- Remove notices that say the software is ours.
3. Beta builds are confidential
Until Shabash is publicly released, every copy of the app is a beta build, and it's confidential. Keep the app file, screenshots of it, and anything we tell you about unreleased plans between you and the colleagues who use Shabash with you. You can talk about your own experience of using it. Once Shabash is publicly released, only what we tell you about unreleased plans stays confidential.
4. Your data
Shabash runs on your Mac. What it reads, and what leaves your Mac, is set out on the security and privacy pages. We don't own anything Shabash reads or writes for you.
5. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback about Shabash, we can use them without owing you anything.
6. No warranty
Shabash is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, including that it will work without errors or suit a particular purpose. It helps you check the work of Claude, the AI coding assistant it works with, for example by making Claude ask before risky changes, but it can't guarantee that Claude or anyone else won't make a mistake. Beta builds may break. Shabash uses AI to name, sort and summarize your work and to draft write-ups. What it writes can be wrong or incomplete, so check it before you rely on it or share it.
7. Limit on liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or code. Our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us for Shabash in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
8. Changes and the law
We may update these terms, and we'll show the new version in the app before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware.
