I'm Robin. I build products, most of them now with Claude Code doing the typing.
The main one is Wonders, a research workspace that searches hundreds of millions of scholarly sources and helps you organize and write from them. Alongside it I've shipped a lot of smaller things: a plant identification app that runs on the phone, a clothing swap app, an endless browser DJ, a monthly book swap in Barcelona, and more. You can see them at roro.ventures.
Running that many projects with coding agents taught me the thing this blog is about: when the agent writes the code, your job becomes managing the work. Deciding what matters, keeping track of what's in flight, noticing what stalled, and telling people what shipped. I built Shabash to do that for myself, and I write here about what I learn along the way.

About the name: shabash (शाबाश) means "well done" in Hindi and Gujarati, the thing you say when someone finishes something. It also happens to hold a sha and a bash.
